Book a time to collect
Collections are Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, at our offices in Childswickham near Broadway. Choose a time and add the lot numbers you are collecting.

Paying your invoice
Payment is due no later than a week after the sale. Your invoice is emailed to you after the auction, and if you registered online we can send you a secure payment link.
Payments must be made by the registered buyer, as we cannot accept payments from anyone else. We do not accept PayPal or payments over the phone, and credit cards can only be used through a secure link or in person. Your lots are released once your invoice is paid in full.

Getting your lots home
Pick whichever suits your lots best. Smaller pieces can come by post, and anything else can be collected by you or a courier.
Collections start the day after the auction and are by appointment, so please book a time before you set off. We are open for collections Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
If someone else is collecting for you, such as a friend or a courier, please send us written instructions first so we can release your lots to them. Do check your items when you collect them, as we cannot take responsibility for them once they have left our premises.
You may meet BellaWe offer an in-house pack and post service for jewellery and small items. Just reply to your invoice email asking for a postage quote, and we will add the charges to your invoice. The minimum packing charge is £14 + VAT.
Parcels usually go by Royal Mail and are not sent for weekend delivery. Insurance can be arranged if you ask for it in writing. Once a parcel has left us it is your responsibility, and we cannot pack fragile pieces or anything larger than a small box, so please use a courier for those.
Jewellery and small itemsFor larger or fragile lots, our buyers often use the couriers below. Book with them directly, then send us written instructions so we can hand your lots to them.

Purchased lots, your questions
Where can I see the lots I won?
Sign in to your account on our bidding site and open Won Lots. We will also send you a notification and your invoice by email.
When can I collect?
From the day after the auction, Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Collections are by appointment, so please book a time first.
Can someone else collect for me?
Yes. Please send us written instructions first so we can release your lots to them. The same goes for couriers.
Can you post my lot?
Yes, for jewellery and small items. Reply to your invoice email asking for a postage quote and we will add it to your invoice. We cannot pack fragile pieces or anything larger than a small box.
What if I cannot collect in time?
Please talk to us before your free collection time runs out, as we may be able to help. After that, storage charges apply and must be paid before your lots can be released.
Can I pay by PayPal or over the phone?
No, sorry. We accept UK bank transfer, debit card, cash up to £5,000 and international bank transfer. Credit cards can only be used through a secure link or in person.
