The catalogue will be available online approximately a week before the sale date - we will send you a presale notification via email to inform you of your lots. This will include the lot number, description, estimate and reserve. The auctioneer will set estimates and reserves at their discretion. Please contact as soon as possible if you would like to discuss your lot.
As we are now operating online only, our sales are live streamed on our website. On the day of the auction, the website will update with a button to read ‘Watch Sale Live’ where you will see a livestream of our Auctioneers and Bella the parrot. Here you can create an account and bid along side the sale should you wish.
Once the auction is over, we will send you a post-sale notification to let you know what has sold and its hammer price. 28 days after the sale we will make payment to you via BACS, minus charges and fees.
We may rerun any unsold lots in the next sale at a lower estimate unless discussed otherwise. If you wish to collect your unsold lot, please book a collection here. We request you kindly call us to collect any unsolds once a lot has been run twice in our sales. Any unsold items which have not been collected may be recycled after 4 weeks.
