Alzheimer's Society Charity Clay Shoot - 11th June 2011

The Alzheimer's SocietyI would like to invite yourself and guests to a charity clay shoot, lunch and auction on Saturday 11th June 2011 at Rossley Manor near Cheltenham.

The event is to help raise funds to aid in the fight against dementia which is becoming one of the fastest growing killers in the UK.

The day's format will include bacon rolls, tea and coffee on arrival, a welcome speech from myself and the Alzheimer’s Society, a fast and furious clay shoot over a variety of team flushes around a beautiful Cotswold Estate, pre lunch champagne reception, three course lunch followed by a charity auction.

The shoot format is based on teams of 4 shooting a number of team flushes which also includes G.N.A.T.S (radio controlled aerobatic targets) and a fun archery and air rifle challenge with exploding targets!

We are able to accommodate teams of both novice and experienced shots, gun hire and all equipment can be provided on the day.

Venue: Rossley Manor is located just 15 minutes outside Cheltenham off the A40 near Dowdeswell Reservoir. It is a beautiful Cotswold Mansion set in 300 acres of rolling countryside. The venue is being used by kind permission of Jeremy Hitchins.

The day includes: Breakfast, Shooting, Elevenses, Pre Lunch Champagne Reception, 3 Course Lunch & Charity Auction.

The team cost is £1200 for private clients and £1200 + VAT for all corporate clients that can claim the VAT back. As Prescott Shooting is hosting the event for the charity we have to pay VAT on team entries so if you are able to help with this it will allow more funds to be raised for the charity instead of going to the government!

To discuss in detail any requirements please contact Daniel Martin on 01242 673542 or 07921951477.
